1. Customer Service Agent (native English)
For our US and UK members we are looking for a Customer Service Agent (native English).
The position is located in our headquarters in Munich.
Your responsibilities:
- Answering member e-mails on the following topics: member accounts, technical problems, help on the website, payments, auctions, etc.
- Coordination with other departments to resolve members' problems
- Promotion of positive interaction between members and the firm
- Fraud prevention and fraud management
- Quality control of the website, of payments and of the member database
Your profile:
- We are looking for young professionals from all fields, ideally with a background in communication or new media
- You have excellent English verbal and written communication skills (US native speakers preferred)

Your responsibilities:
- Ensure all transactions (bank, suppliers, customers) are well recorded in our accounting systems in due time
- Manage payments for our suppliers and refunds to our customers
- Ensure that best practices and key policies are applied and significant issues brought to the attention of the Head of Accounting
- Perform account reconciliations on an ongoing basis
- Monitor accounts receivables
- Perform fixed assets accounting
- Assist Head of Accounting in month-end and year end closure
Your profile:
- We are looking for accounting professionals with US-GAAP knowledge, ideally an university degree in economics, accountancy or equivalent
- Ideally 2 years experience in accounting acquired in an international company

6. Internship in our Spanish Auction Team
Job Description:
As an intern within the Spanish Auction Team you will be responsible for a broad range of different tasks across our organization. You’ll get to experience a range of activities in Marketing, Procurement, Auction Management and Customer Service and specifically be involved into the following topics:
- Assisting with marketing activities such as Google AdWords and other online advertising
- Creating daily email newsletters to existing clients to promote special products and new offers
- Localising text into Spanish for global activities planned across TeleBid’s websites
- Finding equivalent products for our items that are available in the Spanish market to enable us to run auctions internationally
- Finding new online distributors in the Spanish market who can supply items to our winning bidders
- Purchasing goods and arranging delivery to our winners
- Handling customer service queries to help with customers’ questions and problems
Your Profile:
You are looking for an internship in a dynamic and international eCommerce company either as part of your current studies, or you have recently completed your course. We are looking for team-oriented and motivated people who are not afraid to roll-up their sleeves and get stuck-in. You need to have good English skills with Spanish as your mother tongue; German language skills are not required but would be helpful. You should be excited about eCommerce and the internet and have a solid knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook).

Als Praktikant/-in im Bereich Procurement sind Sie für die Beschaffung und Disposition unserer Produkte verantwortlich. Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählt die Kommunikation mit unseren Lieferanten und Kunden.
