1. The following standards (“Content Standards”) apply to all postings, messages, texts, files, images, photos, videos, sounds and all other materials (“Content”) which you may post on, transmit through or link to or from the Telebid Service and to any interactive services associated with it.

2. You must comply with the spirit of the following Content Standards:-
contributions must:

• be accurate (where they state facts);
• all items which appear on the Site are to be free to collector;
• relate only to items which you own;
• be genuinely held (where they state opinions);
• comply with applicable laws in the UK and in any country from which they are posted;

contributions to and any use of the Swoopo Service must not:

• contain any material which is defamatory of any person or which is otherwise obscene, offensive, hateful, inflammatory, promotes violence or discrimination of any kind;
• promotes sexually explicit material;
• infringes any copyright, database right, invention, design or trade mark of any other person;
• be likely to deceive any person;
• be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party;
• promote any illegal activity or otherwise be threatening abusive invasive of others privacy or which may cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
• be used to impersonate any person or to misrepresent your identity or relationship with any person;
• give the impression that they emanate from us if this is not the case;
• collect or misuse data about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes;
• use automated means including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or similar devices to download data from the Service (other than those used by internet search engines and other archives which we may approve from time to time);
• purposely post Content in an irrelevant category or part of the country, repeatedly post the same or similar Content or otherwise impose an unreasonably large burden on to our Service;
• attempt in any way to gain access to our server and systems or engage in any activity that is intended to disrupt or interfere with the performance of the Service;
• amount to sending unsolicited email advertisements to users of the Swoopo Site or to the Swoopo Site or is otherwise junk or spam mail.

3. You understand that all Content posted on, transmitted through or linked to and from the Swoopo Service is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated.  You acknowledge that the Swoopo Site does not control and cannot be held responsible for content made available through the Swoopo Service and that by using the Swoopo Service you may be exposed to content that is in breach of the Content Standards.

4. You acknowledge that the Swoopo Service may contain links to other websites which are completely independent of us. We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such other sites. Your linking to those other sites is at your own risk.

5. You acknowledge that the Swoopo Site does not pre-scan or approve Content posted by third parties.
